To book your Wedding a letter of confirmation enclosing a non-refundable deposit will constitute a definite booking.
A £10.00 deposit per room is required Additional Room Hire - £250.00 (applicable if Ceremony is held in the Hotel) Provisional Booking - Will only be held for 14 days without any obligation, after which it will automatically be released. Confirmation of Deposit - A non-refundable deposit of £500.00 is required on receipt of written confirmation of booking. Maximum Numbers - 130 for Banqueting, 190 for Evening Reception Final Numbers - to be notified no later than 7 days before the event. Final Balance - will be an estimation of the total cost, which will be payable at least 14 days prior to your Wedding. Payment - Full payment is due 14 days prior to the date reserved for the Function. Preferred methods of payment for the final account are Cheque, Bankers Draft or Cash. Please note that payments made by Credit Card will incur a surcharge of 3%. Cancellation by Client - Should any function be cancelled: Cancellation by The Hotel - The Hotel may cancel the booking if it is closed due to circumstances outwith its control. Or if the booking may damage the reputation of or cause damage to the Hotel. If this occurs then the Hotel will refund any payments including deposits but will have no further liability. The Hotel reserves the right to alter pricing at any time. Whatever your Wedding requirements we can assure you of our personal and professional attention at all times. |
